Data we collect
The site only collects personal data when you submit the estimate request form:
- identity and contact details: name, first name, e-mail address, phone number;
- your project: type of works, estimated budget, town and postcode of the property, message;
- technical data: IP address, used solely for anti-robot protection and submission rate limiting (anti-abuse).
The site has no database of its own: your data is not stored by the site itself.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed to answer your estimate request and contact you back (pre-contractual measures, article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and for form security (legitimate interest, article 6(1)(f)).
Recipients and processors
Your request is transmitted to the L'Atelier RénoDéco / abri&co team through the following providers:
- Apimo (Apiwork) — real-estate management software (CRM) where your request is recorded;
- Render — website hosting (data processed in the EU, Frankfurt region);
- Cloudflare Turnstile — anti-robot verification of the form;
- Microsoft 365 — e-mail for the exchanges that follow your request.
Some of these providers may involve transfers outside the European Union, covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). Your data is neither sold nor used for advertising purposes.
Retention
Your data is kept for the time needed to process your request, then as part of customer relationship management in our CRM. You can request its deletion at any time.
Cookies and third-party services
The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie strictly necessary for anti-robot verification. Fonts (Google Fonts) are loaded from Google's servers, which implies your IP address being transmitted to Google when the page loads.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. To exercise them, write to contact@atelier-renodeco.lu. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Luxembourg's national data protection commission).
